IntelliJ integration

Download IntelliJ plugin

1. Download HShell and install it, ensuring it's now available on your path i.e. hshell --help should work.
2. Download the plugin zip.
3. Drag/drop it over an IntelliJ window.
4. (maybe) Restart IntelliJ.
5. You should now be able to open .shell.kts files and get autocompletion.
